A Study on the Influence of Carer¡¯s Role Conflicts and Job Satisfaction Affecting the Quality of Service for Senior Citizen -Largely Sampled from a Group Home for Senior Citizens in Daegu-

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand how the role conflict and job satisfaction of Carer``s working for senior citizen Group Home influence on the quality of service.To support this,a survey was conducted targeting a sample of 153 carer``s working for senior citizen Group Home and 148 respondents have been finally targeted after 5 insufficient and inadequate answers excluded. The data collected was analyzed by statistic program and the result shows below; First, in terms of gender, age, educational background, working motive, working period and monthly average income based on the population-sociological characteristics, there``s no statistical relevance to influences of Carer``s role-conflict on the quality of service by these factors.On the other hand, only monthly average income has relevance to influences of job satisfaction on the quality of service by population-sociological characteristic point of view while there``s no statistical meaning about influences of Carer``s job satisfaction on the quality of service with regards to gender, age, educational background, working motive and working period based on population-sociological characteristics. Second, when itcomes to the main factors causing a role conflict among Carer``s the quality of service is influenced by relational and political conflict and vocational stability and working environment affect the quality of service in regards to the primary factors of the job satisfaction.
